Question for the Moderators

Not a big deal just wondering why the "What did you do today" threads are saved as a sticky from 2008 going forward to the present time?

Not trying to cause any problems and I don't care but just wondering why?
Thanks.

Itís really one continuous thread, but itís so long it wonít load easily so it is split into parts. The pieces are kept as stickies so we can easily go back and see just what we were doing at any point since we joined the forum.
