If you have a $1,000 and can order an ice-cream 48 hours in advance than New York restaurant Serendipity 3 has your expensive ice cream needs covered.

Many restaurants offer a ridiculously high priced item on the menu as a strategy to sell the expensive #2 or #3 expensive item which is only cheap by comparison.
