UYpdate on my RE investing career
Well, one property is rented out with a nice cashflow. It jsut needs some minor interior trim work to be 100% DONE. I plan on putting it on the market in the spring, rented.
The other house is taking a bit, I had a shmuk of a contractor really hold me up. It will be ready for lease option or sale within 1 month
I just acquired a HELOC on the 2nd property to allow me to get another propert if need be.
It's amazing how this can snowball into a good thing if you do it right. The loans arent that hard to come by right now, even with me showing so little on my tax returns.
Buy low, make your $ on the way in
