I did check my online account status. It is still listed as pending. I called them about a week ago and sat on hold forever only to be told all was well, they are just backlogged. They put a note in my file that I called.

At this point, I am not so sure I trust them to handle my money, so I'm not chomping at the bit to pursue it.
