Cohen & Steers Real Assets Fund RAPIX

My financial advisor who is an independent assets under management paid advisor, is recommending adding Cohen & Steers Real Assets fund- RAPIX. The fund is 25% Global REITs, 25% commodities, 15% global natural resources equities, 15% gold ETF and 20% fixed income.

The fund is a year old. Anybody own this fund?

100 Grand to get in and no track record to speak of. Why does your adviser like it so much? Is this just to show how great his connections are that he can "find" these kinds of opportunities? It's 2.36% ER temporarily waived to 1.04 is too rich for me. Do you pay for AUM on top of this? I love the symbol.

If the percentages are fixed, have him build your own version out of ETF's. Sounds lazy to me.
