A trailblazer ERs.....

Interesting article. From her photograph, I think she looks good for someone her age. Maybe that comes from having a job she loved.

She's only 54--she'll have a nice long retirement to enjoy if she wants!

Have to say some of those ladies look pretty amazing for being over 50, however don't think a lot of them are what you could call "natural" beauties.

Q & A

Q. What's the difference between "good-looking" and "looking good"?

A. Twenty years.

The lady's airline sort of reminds me of Jerry Lewis' comment about one of the sponsors of his (short lived) TV show back in the early '60s. Regarding the meat tenderizer Adolphs, he was alleged to have said "Don't you think they could have come up with a better name?"

"Aer Lingus" is a phonetic version of "Aer-Loingeas" which is Irish for "air fleet". The airline was founded in 1936, when international branding was not what it is today.

You are probably thinking of the "Cunning Linguist" of James Bond fame.
