Just keeps getting better!! For once the bean counters are your friend.

Give them this on the way out the door and then do this in the parking lot

It was meant to be. I told my manager last August that I wanted to have 4 day weekends and work 25 hrs per week with benefits. He said no so I gave my notice. The next morning I was standing by our executive getting coffee, which never happens, and he congratulated me on retiring early. I explained the deal that I wanted and 2 hrs later my manager changed his mind. So no I am semi retired.

Some times things happen for a reason.
