Need help building a sales team

I know this post might be a bit of a stretch for the "Young Dreamer" section. Mods please relocate if necessary.

I started a second company which provides functions similar to a business broker. To keep costs low employees will be required to work from home since all you need is an internet connection, computer and a phone.
If anyone has experience in assembling a commission based sales team please pm me or respond here.
