Had the interview and it seemed to go OK. I got the impression they'd already figured lifestyle factors were part of what I would be considering.

Thanks very much for all the helpful comments. They really helped me focus my thinking.

Good for you (really), hope it's what you were hoping for. One of these days I hope to do the same thing, leave MegaCorp and high salary/stress for something I really enjoy doing...
