In Firecalc the portfolio modeling asks what portion you have in equities. The long interest rate (how long?) is a choice for the fixed income portion. What would the definition of long interest rate be? An example of a Vanguard or Fidelity fund that satisfies the definition of long interest rate would be helpful to me. Thanks.
