I purchased this 2009 version on Amazon to count my carbs, and it really has helped alot. The 2009 latest version has no reviews yet on Amazon, but the 2008 version has around 234 reviews if you want to take a look.
As the title suggests, you can also find calorie and fat counters for each food, also, as well as the carb counter. Plus, they have fast foods and restaurant foods covered in this book also which helps when you are traveling.
Since many of us are really watching our weight, thought I would post this in case a member here wants to spring $10+/- for this great counter:
