Pasta: A better choice

I tried a line of multigrain pasta the other night and found it to be pretty good. It's Barilla Plus (macaroni) and contains:

ALA Omega-3s
10g of protein per serving
38g of carbs " "
2g of fat (no saturated or trans fat) " "
4g of dietary fiber " "

Maybe 10-15 cents more expensive.

I love the multigrain pasta especially Barilla .Barilla also makes a great lasagna noodle that doesn't have to be cooked so it really cuts down on the time it takes to make lasagna .

Dreamfields Pasta, Perfect Pasta For Healthy Carb Diets

Low carb pasta that taste good. DH is diabetic so he has to limit carbs to regulate his blood sugar. This product has been a godsend since we can eat the food we like and keep him in control.
