Can someone please help decipher the texts of the new bill released today as to when it will take effect.

Will everything be as it was for 2017 for a year or so?

However, the team believes that the issue is in a state of flux at the senate level, and that discussion at this time will not be fruitful. Let's wait until the Senate passes a bill before trying once again to discuss.
