If I could do it all in one go, I'd have been in the Olympics or Ripley's Believe it or Not!
But alas, I cannot. I am just an overweight 64-year-old woman who has led a very sedentary academic life. And double alas, I don't have the patience to lift a 1 lb weight 31,200 times (but think of the endurance if I could! wow...)
2 sets of 10 lifts on each of 20 weight lifting machines; average weight lifted on all machines was 78 pounds.
2 x 10 x 20 x 78 = 31,200 pounds = 15.6 tons.
My MWF workout routine begins with 5-10 minutes of stretches at the gym's stretching station.
Then I spend about 40-45 minutes completing 2 sets of 10 reps on each of the following weight machines (today's weight settings are listed):

2. Keiser biaxial chest press, 40 pounds
