Powershares is liquidating an ETF (PVM) which I had a small position in which has gotten even smaller lately. This is/was a small cap value ETF. Any good replacement ideas?

IJS (expense ratio 0.25%) and VBR (0.15%) come to mind. But pay attention to the bid/ask spread as well. Last time I checked IJS was more heavily traded and had a lower spread.
