We've been to Aruba for the last 5 years. We love it. We like to stay in the low-rise area -- it is quieter and more relaxing than the high-rise area. We like the Aruba Beach Club/Casa del Mar resorts. Too many good restaurants in Aruba for an all-inclusive! Our favorites are Screaming Eagle and Madame Janettes. It is easy to get around the island by bus -- very safe and inexpensive. Enjoy!

Went there about 7 or 8 years ago.
We stayed here : Occidental Grand Aruba All Inclusive Vacations
We enjoyed it. The rooms were nice, the property was nice, the food was great.
Although it was owned by a different hotel chain at the time so I am sure it has changed.
Another good option is St. Martin. But there are not many all-inclusive packages to St Martin. Plus it is a little more expensive than Aruba (IMO). There is a Dutch side and French side. The French side has quite a number of small French restaurants that specialize in Haute cuisine.

Been years so I have no recommendations. We stayed up north in the windsurfing area. The windsurfing was great.
