Some terms and conditions exist, but the offer says:

We use one of three methods to get a good price on rentals

-costco

-autoeurope/kenwel

-retiree discount from my former employer (excellent for one day rentals during holday periods when the agencies jack up rates)


We have looked at lots of other special deals over time. Only once, on an autoclub rental in Puerto Rico were we ever able to get a better rate-daily or three/four weeks.

I always go thru one of the London booking sites when renting in the USA as they do not charge for full insurance coverage.
