Kudos to Marriott for backing up their policy of offering the lowest price on their website. While looking for a room in New York, we booked a room at one of the Marriott brand hotels. We also looked at Hotels.com that had a lower price by $15.00. We reported the difference to Marriott on their online tool and gave them the details of what we found. Within a few hours they responded giving us 25% off our rate!
