joe,
I read through your thread a couple of times. Yours is the best I have seen including all the videos on internet. It has not been 3 months exactly since your procedure early December of 2023 so you may not have your first PSA yet. I hope it has gone down satisfactorily.
My recently PSA is 5.3. 3T MRI shows 2 lesions (9mm, and 5mm). Both PI-RADS 4. My Urologist performed MRI fusion transperineal biopsy with 26 cores, all benign. I know I have to do another biopsy in few months in order to get my diagnosis. Meanwhile, I have looked into treatment plan, and Tulsa Pro seems to have the least side effects.
I do have one issue: during biopsy, my doctor found that I have a 50g calcification. I am not sure how large that is. Does that automatically disqualify me as a candidate for Tulsa Pro?
If I am not qualified, I will have to look somewhere else, such as Proton therapy.
Thank you very much for your education.
Good luck to you.
