84 year old Ticketed for Obstructing Traffic

In California, an 84 year old Woman who could not cross the street in time, with the aid of her walker, was chargeD with obstructing traffic and given a $100 Ticket

The light turned red before she made it.

That has to be one dumb cop, I don't know if Leno has got a hold of this one yet, but he would have field day with it.
