Hotmail account Problems

Is anyone, other than me, having difficulty accessing their hot mail account today?

I can access it but it wiped out all my saved mail of which most were videos of my grandson so I am angry .

I can access it but it wiped out all my saved mail of which most were videos of my grandson so I am angry .

We had a disappearing folders problem a couple months ago during an "upgrade", but the archives were restored within 24 hours.

Hotmail never fails to sink to just slightly below my expectations for what I'm paying.
