Refinancing

Trying to locate a bank or institution that will lend on greater than 4 properties. Everywhere I go no one will loan beyond the 4 property limit and especially don't want to cash out on a property that has no outstanding mortgage.

Does anyone know of a bank that might be able to assist me. Property is in Georgia.

If everybody you have talked to is not doing it..... there must be a regulatory or similar reason..... if so, then no bank will do it...


It probably puts you into some kind of RE dealer category and they cannot sell to FNMA....
