Dump Ooma and go with just iPhones?

I seem to get a good amount of spam calls, so I appreciate them going straight to voicemail. For numbers that I want to go through - such as medical offices - I add an entry into contacts.

I would add them to contacts except they use various numbers without any caller ID. Ugh.

UPDATE:

I called to dump Ooma to save $16/month. They told me the "white list feature" (they don't call it that) is available on the Basic plan at $5.60/month. So I downgraded to Basic for now.
