On October 1st, the Pennsylvania Insurance Department posted the final approved 2022 Health insurance plans/rates to their website. Rates went down from what the insurers requested and preliminarily posted in August. Here is the press release.

At the top of the press release, there is a link to the page containing all the documents in the process (initial requests and final determinations).
I've navigated through the relevant documents and it looks like the Gold PPO plan that I want dropped about 20 dollars per month from the initial request. The second lowest cost silver plan also dropped, so the subsidies will drop too.
If anyone wants help figuring out how to wade thru the documents to find what is going to be available in your county, let me know. I'll try to help.
