Thanks all again for comments and feedback. I’m meeting with my boss tomorrow to “interview” for the job. I want to see what the offer looks like. if it’s identical to or an improvement over current comp, then that tells me I’m valuable enough to him that staying a bit longer can be good. If somehow it’s diminished, then its adios amigo!
