Nice. Which model Bowflex did you just get?

Hi, we got the Bowflex XCEED, and absolutely love it.


We used www.froogle.com to find the lowest price. This ended up being Academy Sports, and the total cost w/ tax was about ~$730. We picked it up within 2 hours of me paying for it.



There are a lot of videos online of how best to use it, but it also comes with a user guide with a whole breakout of workouts for all the muscle groups. I've wanted a real home gym for a long time, and this legitimately does it all for weight training. You can add multiple bands to increase the weight, and the tension increases as the bow flexes... so you're really getting more than what you're putting on. It's spectacular.

Couple benches, couple straight bars, curl bar, squat/bench rack, lat pulldown machine, dip machine, dumbbells up to 75#, square deadlift bar, Olympic weights.

(And a treadmill for the DW)

Every exercise room needs a recliner and tv with remote.

I do have a sofa I collapse in after each set.
