These questions assume no subsidy. Please check me - from what I've searched here and read elsewhere:
1. We should be able to get a catastrophic plan for 2017 with lower premiums if costs for insurance (such as lowest bronze) for the 2 insured people in the household would be more than 10% of MAGI. Is this true?
2. Or - is the formula that it's the cost for one person (lowest bronze) that has to be more than 10% of household MAGI in order to qualify the household for a catastrophic plan?
3. Maximum catastrophic OOP above premiums would be $14,300 for two people. Is this true?
4. Where do I find costs for catastrophic coverage since it's not part of the state website for ACA ?
