In the middle of a 401K rollover-question

I have recently rolled a 401K into an IRA. The 401K was full of all kinds of Fidelity mutual funds which I lost track off over the years.

In order to simplify my life, I liquidated all these positions and will follow a basic 3 fund portfolio like FSKAX/FZILX/FXNAX .

Aside from opinions on the 3 fund portfolio choices in the IRA...the liquidation has left a substantial amount of cash in FDRXX which has a pretty good yield right now.

My question is ...it looks like FDRXX pays on the first of the month. Should I leave all that cash in FDRXX until the first of the month to receive that bump?

thank you

Money market, and likewise the Fidelity money funds, interest is calculated daily and paid at the end of the month. If you sell before end of the month, you'll still have interest paid for the amount of time you owned it.
