Thanks--I had my eye on an Instant Pot after almost buying a 3 qt Ultra version last week during Amazon's Prime Sale. This one seems to fit our needs perfectly (it doesn't make yogurt apparently but I haven't wanted to make my own yogurt since 1975). Amazon today is matching Walmart's price and others might be too, but I went with Walmart and will receive it Thursday. Woohoo!

I think the price went back up immediately after I posted that. I swear it was showing $79, not $99. Oh well, one thing that seems for sure is that these things will eventually go on sale again.

I’ll call on you for my home-made yogurt needs . I ordered a cookbook as Walnart suggested at checkout. Excited to get into this as I cook dinner at least six nights a week. It all started when I was considering a rice cooker....
