Medicare premium calculation timing

I started Medicare this month. Will my Medicare premium be recalculated on the first of next year or on my Medicare anniversary next August? I did try searching and it looks like the deductible is reset on 1/1 but couldn't find anything about when premium is recalculated. Thanks.

Your Medicare Supplement may adjust on the anniversary of your first enrollment with that insurance company. That’s what mine does, which happens to be my birth month.

My supplement adjusts twice a year right now. Like the part b premium it sets a new price January 1. Then on my medicare start date anniversary it adjusts again. It is because my supplement offers a discount for the first three years first year is 15% second 10% then 5%. After that I expect January 1 changes only.
