Thinks s/he gets paid by the post
Don was so instrumental in helping so many new artists become successful and reach stardom. He was a great inspiration to many, especially to the African-American urban and inner-city youth. He was quite a guy!!!
In my younger years, my friends and I would get together to watch Soul Train and American Bandstand faithfully every Saturday!!! We got to hear the newest and best bands, hear all of the latest music, learn the latest dance moves, and see all of the hippest fashions. Man, we were the coolest cats on the prowl!!
And of course, in that deep, soulful voice, he'd always end the show with "and as always in parting, we wish you love, peace and soul!"
May he rest in peace.

It always troubles me when someone makes a decision to end their life like this. Leaves a lot of lingering questions for their friends and family.
