Of course, what they listed are general health related problems also. So it would appear that dealing with these lifestyle issues is a no lose situation... if your worst case scenario is you are more healthy.
In a way, it is surprising how little progress the medical community has made with this disease. Especially when one considers how long we have been aware of it.
I suppose we are just getting to a point where enough people are living long enough where it is a crisis... in terms of large scale (many victim of the disease) affect in both human terms (to the victim and their families) and the financial burden on family and society.
