Sorry, I was not looking at this forum, as my wife and I have been enjoying an impromptu get-away to Cabo San Lucas to celebrate. I am still probably in a bit of shock that this is happening, but I am grateful that it seems to have worked out as we had hoped, and looking forward to the next phase! Thanks to all for the advice!
