We retired at 37!

Hi, this is our story. We have been planning to retire at 45 and then 40. Finally took the risk and plunged ahead. It's been a great ride. Having retired, now we are looking into minimalist lifestyle and getting back to the roots.

Welcome. As you may have noticed in many of the threads here, lots of us spend considerable time thinking about the issues involved with making our investments last as long as we do, which requires making some assumptions about inflation, asset returns/growth, and the very important role of the variability of these things (to avoid being wiped out early, even if my long-term average guess about inflation or returns is 100% correct). I can only imagine how much more challenging this would be for you in India, and look forward to seeing your approach.
