Today's breakfast is bacon, eggs, toast and leftover beer battered French fries, cut up fried in bacon grease as hash browns. Yummy, a single guy who works at the brewery told us about the method and it's great.
Tonight is dinner at the finest restaurant in town.

OK, back on topic with a list of what I ate today:
Breakfast: One mug of coffee with sugarfree creamer
Lunch (restaurant): "Eat Fit Chicken Pita" (small chicken pita on whole wheat pita bread, no sides), with tap water to drink.
Dinner: Three scrambled eggs, water to drink.
That sounds like my routine last year, except that I also ate enough steamed broccoli that I started turning green.
