Why Fido says Fitch downgraded matured bond?

I had treasury bonds that matured yesterday (March 31). Normally I get an alert that says "matured/expired". In the activity page on Fidelity it looks like the expected redemption amount and interest is processing, but this morning I got an email from Fidelity that says it was 'downgraded to NR'. Why would it send an alert about a downgrade instead of saying it matured? Should I be worried about it?

Event Alert

Fidelity would like to inform you of an event that has occurred on one of the securities which you hold in your portfolio.

The below security was affected by a Fitch rating downgrade:

Security Description : UNITED STATES TREAS SER AZ-2024 2.25000% 03/31/2024 NTS NOTE

Event Description : FITLD DOWNGRADED TO NR ON 03/31/24

CUSIP : 91282CEG2

That's common; I've seen it many times.
It's expired, so changed to NR (Not Rated).
Seems a bit strange the first time you see it, but safe to ignore.
