New to Retirement
Hi Everyone, I’m a young 60 wife and I already retired and been on a 72 T for the past 5 years will be able to start taking money out of my 401K Jan 09. Thinking of living overseas for 6mo. a year maybe Ecuador. Looking forward to you thoughts on retirement.

When I was working I spent 10 years working on international projects for a large telecom. Did a 4 weeks away 1 week home, have lived in Guatemala 1 year, Peru 1 1/2 years, Brazil 2 1/2 years, Israel 2 1/2 years, Australia 2 years and spent lots of time in other countries, have always liked international travel. Never been to Ecuador but the weather is what I like most and a reasonable cost of living and it's a lot like Lima Peru. My biggest problem is talking my wife into going hope to make a trip Jan 09 for a few month's. I also belong to a Ecuador Forum.
