Free at least for today. Many organized ebay 'stores' are getting off of ebay and looking to amazon, yahoo and google.
Ebays fractured business plans, eating peoples profit margins, too many sellers and not enough buyers, and problems with some aspects of ebay like paypal (man can I relate to that) are the problems, aided by sweet deals to go elsewhere.
With google looking to set up their own online payment program....
