If everything goes as plan, we're closing on the sale of our townhouse on May 23rd. I need to stick around for a while to realize some incentives at work.... sometime between September and January.
In the mean time, we're moving in with a friend for $500 a month in rent. And, while my wife and I only own one car and carpool already, we've both arranged carpooling options so that we won't be driving at all.
