Do you have an amazing view - can I see?

What beautiful views and properties you all have! I will share a few cabin views from the ranch. Somewhere in Mt.

While not as wide open as some here out west(NH is 82 % forested after all) We do have a nice mountain view facing due south.
Summer, Fall and a few winter shots.

Man, all these mountain homes 3 hours from me are hitting $1+ million price tag. They were in the 700K a year ago.

I don't have any pictures with me today, but my lake house has a 7 mile over water sunset view to the west, and the sunsets just get better and better until 12/21.

Across the lake in the other direction is Robert Trent Jones' first golf course at the Turtle Point Yacht Club. Two Alabama Golf Trail Robert Trent Jones 18 hole courses are on my street--playing 8,050 yards in length. All three courses are about as good as golf gets.

I don't know if it qualifies as amazing but it is where I live (SW Oregon) and I like it.

Real Estate - especially "unique" homes with views - has gone totally bonzo in the last year or so.

Our new retirement house that we're closing on this Friday sold for a whopping $230K less than we are buying it for, less than 2.5 years ago. And the current owners did VERY little to it beyond new carpet and a new well pump. And it was built in 1999 and hasn't been updated much since that time.

All cuz it's on a beautiful property with a lake view.

Are we stupid beyond words for paying that? Possibly. But we're hoping our current house sells for a lot more than we could have gotten for it 2 years ago also.

Southern view from the deck. We can see a long way (12+ miles), but there isn't much in the way of scenery. What can I say, it's Texas.

I would consider a week or two at absolutely ANY of these views to be time well spent.

I am of the opinion that not seeing anything means you are seeing everything-and that's wonderful. Nice view!

Lots of spectacular views! Thought I would share some more views from our home. Our home is not valued anywhere near 1 million... but its worth a million to us. :smitten:

I love seeing all of the views too. I've been in my house for 20 years and appreciate my views every day--except for the low cloud days when I can barely see my deck rails. Not too many of those fortunately.

I hate all of you except W2R! :)

Man, you folks have some beautiful views...wow!

I'm like W2R, very happy with my little slice on the urban grid...although I could be convinced to move next to a mountain stream if my Gofundme works out

Sure looks like it! Heaven on earth!

I’m loving this thread. Hope to be buying my vacation home soon in Colorado. With views and cooler weather. Of course prices are insane. But I’m in the mood to BTD anyhow.

In the meantime, enjoying the views y’all are sharing does very nicely.

While distant views in this thread have been amazing, sometimes the things closer to your back door can also bring joy.

Because of all the nature around us, my wife and I do not have live TV (cut the cord) and can enjoy life with an adult beverage on our back deck.

Here's the view from my backyard. Sometimes the elk like to visit.
