MCAFEE VAULT UNABLE TO OPEN - Is Fixed

Anyone else use McAfee and use the vault? I do to store lots of documents... Well went to open one day ~ month ago and said wrong password or something like that. Couldn't open, Didn't recognize my secret words for recovery etc...

Put a call in, took some time but its fixed with new SW update 16.0.R28.

I had a similar problem with an encrypted thumb drive.
Tried and Tried but couldn't get the password to work..
So I finally gave up and wiped it, I had others so wasn't worried.

Then I re-installed the encryption and it asked for the password, and I just naturally typed it out

Wasted about 1->2 hours of my life
