Never seen it presented quite this way. Color coded map and ranking of the states. Good for general impressions only I imagine.

As usual with all of these polls, YMMV.

Looks like the only people more peaceful than the Scandinavians are the Mormons.

I think I could almost have guessed the rankings, if not the numbers. Just ask yourself- "who lives there?"

Yes, I do know. I'd really rather live someplace with lower crime! Crime and hurricanes were the two main reasons we had planned to move. But then, New Orleans has a lot of positive aspects as well, so we are torn.
