RIP:Tina Turner has passed

I always liked her hit songs, but I didn't consider myself a fan. But then.....a few years ago I saw "Tina" on Broadway. The show, and the songs, blew me away. I then saw a few of her concerts on Youtube, and then regretted never seeing her perform, live. She was one helluva performer, and put on a great show. Reaching age 83 isn't a bad run, but I'm genuinely saddened by her death.

I saw her (and Ike) perform live in the mid-70s. Even then she was an amazing performer with incredible energy.
