What is the last thing you ordered from Amazon?

The other day I saw a bakery advertising gluten-free bagels. !!?!?!?!?!

I thought bagels were supposed to be made with a high gluten flour so they have that wonderful chewy texture.

I'm happy to park on the lawn, or better yet in the flower beds. The dirt will absorb the oil leaks very well.

I can't tell you how well all this is working out. Hopefully, I will have moved before the party starts. I certainly now have the incentive.

A new wireless mouse, the one I have is starting to get a bit flaky, most times it works okay, but once in a while it doesn't so I think it is about to die.

And a one pound Hershey's chocolate bar.:D

(4) 18650 batteries for my vape.

Arrived this AM: 1.5 day delivery

1. Colgate Optic White Toothpaste
2. Band-Aid Tough Strips
3. Band-Aid Adhesive Pads (large)
4. Band-Aid Adhesive Bandages (flexible fabric)
5. Band-Aid Tough Strips (2-pack, extra-large)

A 5 meter long LED tape and wiring accessories.

I have been feeling a little blah, with a long lasting cold. Retirement? Blah? We can't have that. Hopefully this video game will cheer me up, add a little pizazz to life, and in general will be lots of fun. It is scheduled to arrive on Thursday.

Outside of the toothpaste, sounds like you had a bad day or fell down a flight of stairs?

It's my first step in becoming a survivalist. I figure if my first defense (shiny, white teeth) lets me down, well, then the band-aids might come in handy. Always good to have a back-up plan, right?

A hammock arrived today. My 5 YO one had to go. New one is nylon, while elder was cotton.

Retired and no hammock? Shame, shame.

Absolutely, especially if your plan fails and you get punched in the face. ;) (where have I heard this before?)

Water filters for our fridge.

A new router. My current one is three years old and I've never had one last this long before. Made me nervous, so I got a replacement to have ready when this router dies.

I suppose that should guarantee my current router to last until the replacement is obsolete!

I just set up a new router - this one a mesh network. Pricey, and it took much longer to get the units talking with each other than expected. Now that it's working, the drop-out areas seem to be getting a moderately strong signal.

Amazing. Maybe you just have the wrong brand. Mine is a Black and Decker, and is close to 25 years old.

Mine's a Netgear, ( WGR614v10) p { margin-bottom: 0.08in; direction: ltr; text-align: left; }p.western { font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 12pt; }p.cjk { font-family: "WenQuanYi Micro Hei"; font-size: 12pt; }p.ctl { font-family: "FreeSans"; font-size: 12pt; }a:link { }cheap ($35 back then) and it's been running reliably since 2010. Have purchased some for family, all still working AFAIK.

Why wouldn't they last 3 years? Mine's not obsolete, it works with new devices just fine.

I do have a Milwaukee router I 'inherited' from my FIL. So far, have not been able to get any devices to connect with it, and I'm afraid if I try I might put my eye out. Those things seem dangerous.

I got two sets of eeros for our Jersey Shore home and our Florida condo. They are amazingly good. If Florida I get 180mbps download and we’ll over 100 mbps upload. May get a set for my PA home.

I buy so many random things (I really need to stop), mostly garage/tools etc. I've had a home made dust cyclone separator but I'm tired of having to pull the hard lid off the 5gal home depot bucket so I broke down and ordered the Dust Deputy.
