Real Estate can't turn on a dime. It'll be 5 or 6 years minimum for this thing to wind down. Too much liquidity for a shorter time frame.
I'll give him credit for having the kahunas to tag a date to the "bottom" ... most just keep tell'n the same ghost stories.
