Has anyone else gotten this message when logging into Fidelity Net Benefits?

"You have successfully logged into NetBenefits but have landed on a page that no longer exists. To ensure that your information is protected, please close your browser window or click the link below?"

This just started this morning as far as I can tell. The web page is accessed through my LastPass Vault, so the address is correct. I typed in the URL in my browser and the first return is this:

https://netbenefits.fidelity.com
[1101] The service is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. REQ623bae9555db356a8c444148a24baa33

Googled for data breaches but didn't see anything. I find it interesting that the two messages are so different. Anyone else?

Both fidelity.com and netbenefits.fidelity.com worked for me just now.

More likely than a data breach is some sort of network traffic / DNS issue between your location and Fidelity's servers.

I'd try rebooting / flushing DNS / etc. You might also try:

https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

Works fine for me too.

This is the login page. Are you able to reach it? https://nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/default/home

The web page is accessed through my LastPass Vault, so the address is correct.

This is not necessarily true. If your LastPass bookmark points to something like the summary page for your pension benefits, then the previous behavior would have been to redirect to the login page and after processing the login, redirect again to the page you actually wanted to see. It would work perfectly until the day that Fidelity NetBenefits changed their URL scheme, and then you would see exactly what is happening to you now -- a "page not found" error.

Thanks SecondCor521! That seems to have done the trick. I have access again.
