That;s what I meant. The OP is showing is net worth to the penny but yet he is obviously ball parking the real estate. I'd round it off to about the nearest hundred thousand, not the penny.

quicken keeps track to the penny.
however, we use recent appraisals as well as input from research in the local market for values on our real estate holdings. quicken then deducts the 9 various mortgage amounts to establish the net value (guesstimate).

actual NW is a few 100k higher if i was to include all the tools, antique harleys & parts, tractors, excavators, trailers, jeeps, boat, etc., but that stuff doesn't generate any revenue.

Congrats, knucklehead. Ironically, we hit the same milestone a few days after you, due to the house and cabin selling for more than what I estimated.
But it sounds like you're 10 years ahead of us, which is truly impressive.
I'm semi-retiring in two months and we're moving to Reno.
