Trying to learn more about Private Equity Real Estate and wanted to know what your experiences have been, tips on what to consider, links to resources, and any other recommendations you might have.

We have investments in REITS but looking for alternative passive income investments. We have been successfully using 1031 exchanges as part of our exit strategy from residential real estate and have been pleased with our DSTs. However, returns on new DSTs aren’t as attractive now, so thought it might make sense to consider PE Funds. Of specific interest is Elevation Capital’s Fund 8. Thanks!
