Vanguard FTSE All-World EX USA Index fund

Not too mentiont that like VEIEX, there's going to be a purchase and redemption fee.

That's wacky, 0.5%. Why not (instead of VEIEX, I mean) buy the ETF equivalent
VWO ? (Assuming you have some brokerage account in which to buy it).

In includes more.. emerging markets + Canada [EAFE doesn't include Canada for some reason]. It's more of a total international fund, it's just everything sans US.

EAFE = Europe Australia Far East, no Canada in there ;)

Alec, I know you meant why there wasn't a EACFE index that included Canada.
 
Why don't they come out with an unhedged intl' bond index? Seems like the demand would be there and there aren't too many attractive alternatives.
