Where to put $90k from 401k Fidelity MM account

Ladies and gentlemen; My first post. 59.5 years old.

I have the 90k in a money market account earning nothing, actually costing me money. What would be a prudent move to a safe vehicle? The remainder of the 401k is in several different index funds with Fidelity. I would just like to keep this in a "safe" investment.
I have been thinking I bonds and possibly Penfed CD's. What else am I missing.

A PenFed CD is probably the best available instrument for "safe" money at the moment.

PenFed seems to be a no brainer these days, assuming that the 5 year 3% deal lasts.
